Welding assembly line
The welding, assembly and testing production line is built with industry-leading high standards.The welding process adopts robot automated welding technology, so that the welding electrodes are automatically polished, checked for loss and replaced according to the set frequency, the main processes apply automated technology (GDGYQ/visual inspection) for error prevention, a total of five processes are 100% online inspection, and the entire line is digitally recorded and tracked by MES.
