At present, the quality of gasoline in various gas stations is good or bad. After the car has been used for a period of time, there will inevitably be various impurities in the fuel tank, which will gradually make the filters in the fuel supply system unbearable.But the fuel tank is filled with gasoline, so you can't deal with it casually, and you can't rinse it with water.

　　1. Clean and check the outside of the fuel tank：

　　Clean and inspect the outside of the fuel tank, check the fuel tank, tubing, and joints for dents and leaks, and tighten the fixing bolts of the fuel tank bracket.If dents and leaks are found, the damaged parts should be removed for repair.

　　2. Fuel tank cleaning operation：

　　Open the fuel tank port, remove the filter cartridge, and suck out part of the fuel in the fuel tank. There is about 30L of fuel left in the tank.

　　Insert the cleaned compressed air pipe (preferably a plastic pipe) from the refueling nozzle into the bottom of the fuel tank, and blow the fuel at the bottom of the fuel tank with a pressure of 2~3kg/cm2 to make it churn and clean.When cleaning, a clean cloth can be used to slightly block the refueling nozzle inserted into the tubing, and the position and direction of the lower end of the trachea can be continuously changed.When moving, pay attention to avoid hitting the floats of the oil surface height sensor.After blowing for 20 minutes, the fuel in the fuel tank is immediately released, so that the impurities suspended in the oil flow out with the fuel.If the outflow of fuel is dirty, the fuel tank should be cleaned again in the above method.

　　Install and tighten the oil release screw plug.Clean the filter cartridge of the refueling nozzle and load it into the refueling nozzle tube.Add clean fuel to the fuel tank, cover the fuel tank cap, and wipe the outside of the fuel tank clean.

　　Please note that the fuel released from the fuel tank should be precipitated for 72 hours before it can be used.
